To Whom It May Concern,

I want to share how pleased I am with Cliff’s Car-Tech on 529.

Before pulling into Cliff’s, I had taken my car to several different shops. My cooling system had to be repaired under warranty at a Dealership. When they finished working on my car I was told my Air Conditioning compressor was also shot and would require a $1,500.repair. I was warned not to use the A/C or I might do further damage.

It was a very stressful time for me. I could not afford a new car and the a/c repair at that price was well out of my budget. I was lost and just didn’t use the vehicle for several weeks.

On 4-24-2010 at my friend’s insistence, I brought my car to Cliff’s just to find out what could be done.

Unlike other shops Cliff, agreed to examine the car at no charge.

The staff there could sense my apprehension and made me feel okay about my decision to allow them to look at it. They were polite, compassionate and genuinely interested in my problem. During the time I was there I noticed how Cliff was always checking every bay and the work being done for all his customers.

20 minutes after leaving the car. Cliff called to let me know the problem was merely a loose belt and the entire fix would be under $50. He wanted me to stop worrying and enjoy my weekend.

Cliff and his crew became my heroes that day. When it was time for me to arrange to pick up the car his wife helped me arrange to pick up my car.

Cliff’s Car-Tech is a shop that is clean, professional and courteous.

From now on I will take my car nowhere else.

I had my wifes Trans Am worked on. It had an A/C problem and the engine had a misfire. Cliff went above and beyond. He tells it straight up, No B.S. I plan on bring back my truck and other cars to him very soon and telling everyone I can. It’s hard to believe you can find a legit, hard working, truthful auto repair service in Houston anymore, I found it at Cliff’s Car-Tech.

Cliff never lets me down. They do fantastic work at a competitive price. All of my maintenance work has gone to him, and I try to go out of my way to refer people I know to him.

I love Cliff & Teri. They are very awesome people and take care of you when you walk into their shop. I have referred friends who will refer others because they really liked their service. I love these guys! I give them a 10 out of 10.

We have used Car-Tech for years. They have worked on our Porsche, Mercedes, Nissan and Jeep. Cliff and Terri are known for superior customer service and always go the extra mile. I appreciate greatly the honestly and frankness when it comes to necessary repairs vs. those that can wait. Things are always as they seem and never a surprise on the bill. I have sent numerous friends and neighbors to Cliff and all have reported back with the same great experiences.Cliff has even fixed problems caused by other shops. In today’s economy, when people are keeping their vehicles longer, it’s nice to know there is someone you can trust to do the job, do it right and without surprises on the bill. We will not take our vehicles anywhere else.

I have a 2006 Saturn Ion which has problems inherent to the car dating back roughly to the 2004 model. Saturn has not issued a recall and the repairs recommended by Saturn are very costly.

I have taken my car to Saturn but could not afford the cost of repairs. One of the issues – that nasty little ignition in cold weather problem, didn’t seem to have a “real” fix and I found many people online looking for a reliable solution to this problem as well, to not much avail. I have relied on Cliff and Car Tech of Langham to check these issues and they have not only provided me with the best recommendations that I could have hoped for…Cliff took the time to research the issue and found a resolution to that ignition problem. That meant not having to replace the BCM and possibly other expensive steps. I am happy to say that my Saturn now starts in the cold – no problems and no side effects that I have detected! The owners and staff of Car Tech of Langham are very good people, who are very knowledgeable at what they do, and work diligently to find the best solution in a cost-effective way for their customers. We have been going there for our vehicles for about a year now and will continue to do so. I won’t trust anyone else with my vehicles!

I have always been wary of auto repair shops. The industry has a reputation of ripping people off by “encouraging” extra repairs that aren’t really needed. Not so with Car Tech. At the suggestion of a friend, I recently brought a car that I was considering buying to be inspected by Car Tech. I was so impressed by Cliff’s honesty and straightforward approach that I brought my Kia Sedona to him to have some work done on it. Car Tech has won my business!

Cliff and Terri are great people. They really care about their customers. They won’t rip you off, replacing parts that you don’t need, and they don’t overcharge you. Cliff will actually tell you if you would be better off going and buying a part from the parts store yourself if he thinks it will save you some money.

Cliff has been my mechanic for a while now, and has worked on several of my cars. He even managed to keep my 1992 Cherokee working long after it’s “expiration date”. He won’t tell you that you need things that aren’t necessary, and will give you an accurate estimate of the charges. Although I now live in Austin, I still bring my car to him for the big things, because I know I can trust him. If the car will make it to Houston, he’s my mechanic!

I have dealt with Cliff for 3 years and have always got an honest description of the problems and what needed to be done. He will not try to “work the bill up” as many of the repair shops I have dealt with in the past will try to do. He always tells you what you need now and what to look for in the future. I highly recommend Car Tech of Langham Creek.

I have dealt with Cliff and his team of mechanics for three years for all of my vehicles –a Mitsubishi, a Malibu, and an Infinity — and they have helped me save thousands of dollars. Cliff impresses me most with his truthfulness and his ability to construct repair plans based on my needs. I can trust that they will never lead me to pay for things I don’t need at any given time. I recommend him to anyone looking for a great repair shop.

I discovered Car-Tech a couple of years ago and have only used them for my classic 1985 BMW 535i with over 225,000 miles on it. Given the nature and needs of this model car, Cliff’s team have helped me to stay on the road and transitioned and serviced old parts have needed to be replaced as well as helped me in many emergency situations where I have had to be towed in. Often, they are able to diagnose a problem right away saving me more time and expense with solutions that help to keep me within budget on repairs. It is an old car, so I already know repairs are always just around the corner. The one great thing about this old car is that it runs like new. The motor and the transmission run like a champ thanks to Car-Tech. They also have Wi-Fi! A great plus for entrepreneurs and busy people who work from a laptop.

Family owned, super nice, timely, no surprises on the cost, great customer service and wireless internet while you wait! Best shop I’ve ever been in. Totally trustworthy, always do what they say they are going to do. When I took my Subaru in there, they went above and beyond.

The most important thing to me when it comes to repair shops is trust. I completely trust Cliff and his mechanics. I will never go anywhere else. These people go out of their way to make sure their customer is taken care of. When my truck was on it’s last legs I decided to go ahead and put in a new engine instead of buying a new car. They made the process as painless as possible. I am extremely pleased with the results. I have recommended them to all of my friends. This shop is a gem!
